In case of a repeat offense, the offense is classified as a level 6 felony. In this situation, the accused may be behind bars for anywhere between 6 months and two years, along with a fine of $10,000.<\/p>\n

In severe cases, if the act leads to serious bodily injury or death, the accused may even be sentenced to six years in jail.<\/p>\n
